An attempt to capture the intense color and and detail of the Lowcountry's Camellias. This is a long shallow bowl that is both decorative and functional.
This hefty stoneware platter and matching bowl is textured and glazed to remind us of the 'ripple effect'. Midnight blue, seaweed, indigo, and turquoise waves move outward toward the sand.
Cobalt blue and seaweed green flow across the coral textured bowls creating a beautiful reflection of the sky moving through the spartina grasses of the saltmarsh.
The perfect platter to hold a couple dozen of your favorite oysters and sauce. The texture is taken from a bag of Lowcountry farm raised single oysters. The detailed yet sturdy stoneware oyster on the platter allows one to appreciate the simple beauty of our keystone species, the Eastern Oyster (Crassostrea virginica) .
These detailed stingrays have tails that can be either straight and posable or curled. They are are made to either sit flat or hang on a wall. The glaze colors are endless! Let me know what you'd like!
